After completing a program of study at a Canadian educational institution, international graduates are able to remain in the country and work on post-graduate work permits. • Apply within 3 years of obtaining your skilled work experience.
  • Have had legal status while working, or studying, in Canada.
  • Meet minimum language levels in English or French; and.
  • Plan to live outside the province of Quebec.

You can find a detailed list of eligibility requirements on the IRCC website

CEC is managed under the Express Entry system and uses the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to rank interested candidates. Applicants who have competitive CRS scores will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

If you are eligible to apply under the CEC category, you may submit your profile to Express Entry. Not sure where/how to start, let us help you with all your questions.

Ontario Nominee Program (ONP)

Ontario is one the major and most multicultural provinces in Canada. Each year hundreds and thousands of new immigrants arrive in Ontario and choose to settle and call their new home. With many major cities in Ontario, Toronto is one of the most vibrant and multicultural cities in the world, rich of resources, food, entertainment, etc. If you are planning to stay settle in Ontario, this section provides relevant information on Ontario immigration program and available options.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration program. The program nominates individuals and their families for permanent resident status based on the current labor market needs and economic development priorities.

Foreign workers, international students, business owners or entrepreneurs from outside of Canada and others with the right skills, experience and education can apply to the OINP for a nomination. It is a two-step process where applicants will receive a PNP nomination first, which can be used to apply for permanent residence through Express Entry.

Everyone’s situation is different and not everyone could qualify for OINP. To find out your eligibility, book a consultation and enjoy hassle free service in journey to your new Home.

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Canada is a diverse and multicultural country with 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each year Canada and its provinces welcome new comers to come and settle in those provinces. Recently Canada introduced Atlantic Immigration Program that offered a pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution who want to work and live in 1 of Canada’s 4 Atlantic provinces—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador. The program helped employers hire qualified candidates for jobs they haven’t been able to fill locally.

Similar way other provinces of Canada offer Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) that allows foreign workers and international graduates to settle in the provinces with their families. Under PNP, applicants must be nominated by a Canadian province or territory. It is a 2-step process. First, if the applicant chooses to immigrate to Canada as a provincial nominee, they must apply to the province/territory where they wish to settle and complete its provincial nomination process. The province/territory will review and consider their application based on its immigration needs, applicant’s genuine intention to settle there as well as applicant’s ability to be able to economically contribute to the province/territory.

Once nominated, the applicant will have to make a separate application to IRCC for permanent residence.

If you are not sure what would be the right path for you, do not hesitate to contact our experts. We’ll asses your particular situation and try to provide you with the best route.
